We would like to know what moved you or made a difference to your perception and understanding of mental health over the past year.

To be eligible, your suggestions must have been broadcast or published in the UK, between 9th June 2008 and 10th June 2009. You must tell us about them before the end of June 2009. Closing date for entries will be mid July.

By suggesting a potential award winner you will be entered into our prize draw to win a pair of tickets the Mental Health Media Awards.
